The Sentimental Bloke (Jen Anderson)
The Sentimental Bloke is one of the jewels of Australia's surviving silent
cinema. Having been painstakingly re-constructed by ScreenSound Australia, it's believed that this version is much closer to the film Raymond Longford completed in 1919 than previous ones. In celebration of this momentous achievement and because it's high time I did so anyway, I'm proud to announce the coincidental release of this CD containing highlights from the score that I've written.
